Bojangles recently unveiled plans to remodel 15 of its restaurants located throughout the Triad area of North Carolina. The upgrades are part of Bojangles’ ongoing investment to enhance the guest experience by providing a fresh and inviting environment that meets consumer demands.
The remodels will add elements of Bojangles’ signature restaurant design, known as the Genesis prototype, with a focus on the exterior of the buildings. The construction includes digital menu boards in the drive-thru, updated colors, awnings and new signage. These restaurants will also implement squared off arched parapets for a more contemporary look.
"Our history in the Triad area spans decades, so we’re excited to show our appreciation and commitment to our guests and employees in these communities by investing in upgrades that will elevate their experience,” said Jim Cannon, Chief Development Officer for Bojangles. “We want guests to be excited when they see the fresh new look to enjoy along with their favorite Bojangles meals.”
Construction for the remodels is underway and will be handled in phases, with an anticipated completion date of fall 2024 for all locations. Currently, 10 restaurants are completed, with the remaining remodels underway or permitted to begin. During this period, each restaurant will remain open to serve guests, with minimal disruption anticipated.
